BEAR PAW SERVICE AWARD NOMINATION FORM

              The Chugiak-Eagle River Chamber of Commerce is soliciting nominations for the Bear Paw Community Service Award.  The award will be presented at the Annual Bear Paw Luncheon on July 11th at Bear Mountain Grill.  Acts of service must have directly benefited the people of the Greater Chugiak-Eagle River area, not the general public as a whole.  Nominations must be received by 3 PM, Thursday June 21st, 2012.

• Bear Paw Spirit of the Festival Award
• Bear Paw Excellence in Community Award
• Bear Paw Community Service Award to an Individual (Since 1970)
• Bear Paw Community Service Award to an Organization (Since 1970)
