*You may play in division higher than your grade level but cannot participate in a division lower than your grade level. No verification will be required but you will be disqualified if it comes to our attention that you are participating in bracket lower than your grade level.

Release and Waiver: I know that participating in a strenuous athletic event such as basketball can result in injury. I assume all risks associated with playing in this event and hold harmless the event organizers or sponsors. By signing I release from liability said organizers and sponsors, CER Chamber, and Bear Paw Sponsors, and take full responsibility for injury or property damage. Applications for minors must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.

The tournament starts at 3:00 on July 14, 2012. Pre-registration will be from Noon to 2:30pm at CHS. If at least 3 team members are not present at game time you will forfeit that game.
Entrance form and check/s may be dropped off at The Chamber of Commerce in the ER Town Center across the hall from the CER Library, Troy Sayer State Farm Insurance on the Old Glenn, or mailed to: Mina Sayer, PO Box 772121 Eagle River, AK 99577. Must be postmarked by July 5th or brought to CHS Gym between Noon to 2:30pm on day of tournament. Email questions to ttramp@mtaonline.net
